You can shop at for Korean custoers and we ship express to anywhere in South Korea.
Shipping is by Post express parcel service only.
Rest of the World
We ship anywhere in the world by air freight for a flat fee of only $15 per total order, and free international shipping over $150. Estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days to most parts of the world. If any customs and/or duty charges apply in your country, you will be responsible for paying these.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges on all full-priced purchases when a Return Authorisation(RA) number is granted and the product is returned within 20 days of receiving your order.
Product must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging. Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
Please follow the below steps to return a purchase:
1. Read the 'imoimo kids' Return Policy below to ensure your return is eligible.
2. Contact our Customer Care team (via email@example.com) to request a Returns Authorisation number
and our return address.
3. Write your Return Authorisation number on your invoice (received with your order) and return the itme to us.
We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and not we do not accept liability for lost returns. Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment.
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i,e. Paypal account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges.
'imoimo kids' will accept exchanges but not refunds (we kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase) on any sale items, when a Return Authorisation (RA) number is granted and the product is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team
(via firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer and
mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a color which is completely accurate.
